I’ve been hands-on with Windows computers since childhood. Gaming, exploring software, solving technical issues, and tweaking systems just for the fun of it. Over the years, I’ve gained experience using enterprise tools like SAP and other control systems at work.Recently I’ve also started exploring the Linux world, cloud services, and networking things.
I went through my internship from December 2025 to March 2026 as an IT Support Specialist at Kesko Oyj. There I strenghtened my knowledge further about Windows, MAC, Android and iPhones. I also gained knowledge about ServiceNow, Intune and EntraID. Troubleshooting end user devices and software, desktop environments, and conference room AV equipment was the main focus of daily tasks.
I am starting a fixed-term employment contract at the same position first as a project worker from 30.3.2026, and continuing as an IT Support Specialist from 4.5.2026. The fixed-term ends on 9.4.2026.
